After earning her MSN, she worked at The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center on an adult oncology unit specializing in immunotherapy and surgical clinical trials. She received a House of Hope award in 2022 as well as a 2023 CEO Patient Safety Champion Award during her time at The National Institutes of Health. She looks forward to supporting the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress and being part of their important work.
