Alison is a Clinical Research Assistant at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS). She graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2023 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Statistics. As an undergraduate student, Alison was a research assistant with the Partners Now Parents Study, in Dr. Robert Emery’s Lab, where she supported research on couples transitioning to parenthood. Alison is interested in sleep disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, stress, and addiction. Through this position, she hopes to learn more research skills and pursue further education in mental health.
